The cleat positions fore, aft, and rotationally, with 0–15 degrees of float that lets your heel move freely around the pedal center — reducing strain through the foot, knee, and lower leg on long efforts. Stack height is low by design, which translates directly into more efficient power transfer and a saddle position that doesn't compromise your aerodynamics. When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces. Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move. That should do the trick!
